At the bottom right of your screen, you’ll see a small speech bubble — that’s our AI chatbot. If you have any questions about Refluenced, this is where they’ll be answered.

View current or past messages
Ask a new question
Read our help articles (they include images!)
Note: If the chatbot doesn’t know the answer, you’ll be forwarded directly to our Customer Success team.
Current or past messages
If you’ve already chatted with our chatbot, you can review your previous conversations and ask additional questions if needed.
If you’re waiting for a response from one of our team members, you’ll see a notification in the chat.
Ask a new question
If you want to ask a new question in a new chat, simply open the Refluenced AI and click "Ask a question."
Type your question at the bottom of the chatbox.
