What can I do on Refluenced?
On Refluenced, you can start exciting collaborations with brands like About You, Revlon, Bang & Olufsen, Liebeskind, and many more.
In our campaign feed, you can apply for campaigns from your favorite brands and work with them. The brand provides you with a product, for which you create creative and authentic content. You then post this content on Instagram or TikTok and sync it in the app.
To participate:
Instagram: Minimum 1000 followers
TikTok: Minimum 1000 followers
UGC: No follower requirements, but video quality is evaluated (you apply with a video for verification).
I want to register. Do I need to download the app?
Yes, to sign up as an influencer or creator on Refluenced and apply for campaigns, you need to download the free Refluenced app.
After registering, you can connect your Instagram and/or TikTok profile, depending on the campaign, or upload a verification video for UGC campaigns.
Is the app free?
Yes, the app is completely free, as is participation in campaigns.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, there are no hidden costs. The app and all campaigns are free to join.
What is the Refluenced Academy?
The Refluenced Academy offers a collection of helpful videos to support you in content creation. Experienced creators share their best tips, tricks, and valuable social media insights.
From content creation basics to advanced editing techniques, you will find everything you need to improve your content.

What is the difference between Instagram, TikTok, and UGC campaigns?
Instagram & TikTok Campaigns: You publicly promote products on your profile by posting Stories, Reels, or TikToks.
UGC Campaigns (User Generated Content): You create a video but do not post it on your own profile. Instead, the brand receives your video via Refluenced and can use it for marketing.
In all campaigns, you must sync your content in the Refluenced app. If you experience issues, contact us via Instagram DM @refluenced or email [email protected].
What is an Event Campaign?
With an Event Campaign, you gain access to an event where you create content on-site on a specific date.
Before applying, make sure you are available on the event date. By applying, you confirm your attendance.
What is an Instagram Creator Account?
An Instagram Creator Account is a free account type that gives you access to analytics, business tools, and contact features.
To participate in Refluenced campaigns, you must have a Creator Account.
To switch your account: Go to Instagram settings → Account → Switch to Creator Account.
Registration and Verification
What are the requirements for Instagram, TikTok, and UGC creators to join Refluenced?
The criteria vary depending on the platform.
Instagram Standards
You need at least 1000 followers
The majority of your followers must be from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland (DACH region)
Your engagement rate must be appropriate for your follower count
We assess your content quality (editing, lighting, aesthetics, authenticity)
You should not be a product tester – we are looking for personal profiles with a passion for content creation
TikTok Standards
You need at least 1000 followers
You must post at least 5 videos per month on average
The majority of your followers must be from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland (DACH region)
Your engagement rate must be appropriate for your follower count
We assess your content quality (editing, lighting, aesthetics, authenticity)
You should not be a product tester – we are looking for personal profiles with a passion for content creation
UGC Standards
You must submit an application video
This video should feature clean editing, B-roll scenes, and your face
It’s important that you speak in the video – either directly into the camera or via voiceover
Important: This should not be an introduction video for your application, but a real UGC-style video demonstrating how you promote products
What you need to focus on in your UGC videos:
UGC Basics – Your video needs a strong hook, your face should be visible, and it should have multiple scenes. Subtitles improve clarity.
Video Quality – Sharpness, lighting, and aesthetics must be on point.
Voiceover / Audio – Clear speech, good sound quality, and dynamic storytelling are a must for UGC.
Speak directly into the camera – We want to see your face.
Editing – Your video needs smooth transitions, good timing, and a structured flow – use B-roll shots.
Multiple Scenes – Use at least three different scenes to showcase the product effectively.
Strong Hook at the Beginning – Capture the audience's attention within the first three seconds.
Length – Your video should be between 15–30 seconds.
Note: We regularly check if your profile still meets our standards. If your content, metrics, or other relevant factors no longer meet our criteria, your verification may be revoked.
How long does the verification process take?
You will typically receive feedback within 1–2 days, but processing times may vary depending on the number of applicants.
Why can’t I manually enter my engagement rate and follower count during registration?
Refluenced automatically retrieves this data via an interface with Instagram and TikTok. Once you are verified, your profile will display these details, and you will be able to apply for campaigns.
Campaign Overview
What are TikTok campaigns?
In TikTok campaigns, you create a TikTok video promoting a product or service and upload it to your own profile.
What are Instagram campaigns?
In Instagram campaigns, you create Stories, Posts, or Reels promoting a product or service and upload them to your own profile. The required formats will be specified in the campaign description.
What are UGC campaigns?
In UGC (User Generated Content) campaigns, you create content that the brand can use for its own marketing purposes. The brand usually provides a very detailed briefing. Editing, sound/voiceover, camera work, and scene composition must be perfect.

For UGC campaigns, you only upload your video in the Refluenced app, making it available to the brand—you do not post it on your public profile.
How does a campaign work?
You can find all available campaigns in the campaign feed. Here, you’ll see the campaigns you can apply for.
Once you find a campaign that interests you, click on it, read the briefing, and apply. At the top of the campaign description, you’ll see the timeframe for creating, uploading, and synchronizing your content.
To stand out to the brand, you can include a short message in your application explaining why they should work with you or sharing your ideas for the content.
Once the brand has selected the influencers for the campaign, you will receive a notification informing you whether you've been accepted or not.
If you're selected:
The brand will send you the product or service
You must confirm receipt in the app
The chat with the brand will open so you can ask any campaign-related questions
The most exciting part – Content Creation!
Once you receive the product, you can start creating your content.
Depending on the campaign type, you will either:
Publish your content on Instagram or TikTok
Create UGC that is only uploaded to Refluenced
To synchronize Instagram and TikTok content, make sure to include all tags, hashtags, and link stickers as specified in the campaign description.
After posting, click "Synchronize" in the Refluenced app so the brand can view your content.
Cash Payment for Campaigns
If your campaign includes cash compensation, the amount will be credited to your Refluenced profile after campaign completion, and you can transfer it to your personal bank account.
Boosted Content
Some brands may choose to boost your content as ads. If this applies to your campaign, you’ll need to provide the ad code for your content during synchronization in the app.
Content Buyouts
After your content is posted, the brand may buy the rights to your content through a Content Buyout. You will receive extra cash, which can be withdrawn from the Refluenced app to your personal account.
How do influencer campaigns work on Refluenced?
Once you’re accepted for a campaign, you receive the product and/or briefing and can start creating content.
When posting on social media, you must include the required tags, links, and hashtags specified in the campaign.
After posting, synchronize your content in the app so the brand can track your performance.
Requirements and Execution
What criteria must Instagram, TikTok, and UGC creators meet to be part of Refluenced?
The criteria vary depending on the platform.

Note: For Instagram and TikTok applications, not only follower numbers are considered, but also engagement rate, content quality, and follower demographics.
For UGC, you must submit an application video.

What do I need to keep in mind during campaign execution?
When you apply, you can see:
Which accounts to tag
Which hashtags to use
Which link sticker to include
You can copy all these elements directly from the app and paste them into your post. These guidelines must be followed for your content to sync successfully.
Additionally:
Your social media account must be connected to the app.
If the brand has sent you a briefing, you must follow it, as applying means agreeing to the campaign’s requirements.
You must confirm in the app when you receive the product so the brand knows you're ready to start content creation.
How can I ensure a successful campaign?
Read the campaign description carefully – it outlines the tasks and expectations for you as an influencer.
Stick to the requirements – failing to do so may result in a bad rating. Repeated violations can even lead to account suspension on Refluenced.
Confirm product receipt in the app so the brand knows you're starting content creation.
Respect the deadlines – if you fail to post the agreed content, you will be charged for the product and must pay for it.

How can I contact the brand?
Once the brand accepts you for the campaign, a direct chat with the brand will open, allowing you to communicate with them.
According to our Terms & Conditions, you are required to communicate with brands exclusively through the campaign chat.
Are brand requests for a creator binding?
No, a brand’s request for a campaign is not binding. It only indicates their interest in collaborating.
Both sides still have the option to accept or decline.
A collaboration is only final once you have accepted the request AND the brand has confirmed you for the campaign.
You will receive a notification via the app and email once the brand has officially started the campaign.
Payment and Payout
Do I get paid for collaborations?
Whether you receive a cash payment depends on the campaign. The details are shown before you apply.
Some campaigns offer products,
Others provide cash or vouchers,
Some campaigns include both products and cash.
UGC campaigns always include a cash payment.
When can I withdraw my money?
You can usually withdraw your money 1–2 days after successfully syncing your content in the app.
If you experience any issues, please check the Refluenced Academy videos in the app.
Referral and Networks
What is my personal referral code?
Your personal referral code allows you to invite friends and other creators to join Refluenced. Once they apply for their first campaign, both of you receive extra cash.
How can I share my referral code?
You can find your referral code in the app under your profile in the section "Your Invited Friends."

What is a brand's referral code?
If a brand wants to collaborate with you and you’ve worked with them outside of Refluenced, they can invite you to the app using their brand referral code.
This allows you to continue participating in their campaigns on Refluenced.
Advertising Opportunities and Ads
What are Partnership Ads?
Partnership Ads are a specific type of advertisement on Instagram. Your campaign content is promoted as a sponsored ad in both your name and the brand's name.
This helps you gain more reach! You authorize this by providing the Partnership Ad Code to the brand via Refluenced.
What are Spark Ads?
Spark Ads are a specific type of advertisement on TikTok. Your campaign content is promoted as a sponsored ad in your name by the brand.
This helps you gain more reach! You authorize this by providing the Spark Ad Code to the brand via Refluenced.
