Is Refluenced suitable for agencies?
Yes! Refluenced is perfect for agencies, as you can run multiple campaigns for different clients simultaneously.
The Multi-User feature allows multiple team members and clients to access specific brand accounts and campaign content.
Is there a Multi-User feature?
Yes, there is! You can easily add additional email addresses to your brand account, allowing multiple team members to access and manage the account simultaneously.
Can sub-accounts be created for different brands?
You can create multiple brand accounts under one email and set the respective brand name. However, we currently do not offer a single large agency account.
With the Multi-User feature, you can create sub-accounts for different clients or brands. By clicking the "Invite" button, you can add additional team members to your account and manage their access permissions (full access, purchase access, view-only).
How can we manage campaigns for multiple clients at the same time?
You can create a separate brand account for each client and manage their campaigns individually within that account.
Team and User Management
How do I add employees to the Multi-User feature?
Log into your profile and click on "Invite" in the top menu bar. In the next step, you can add the email addresses of the employees you want to invite and assign their access permissions.
Your employees will receive a link, and once they open it, they will be directly added to the brand account.
A full overview of the available permission levels (full access, purchase access, view-only) can be found at the bottom of the pop-up window.
How do we manage access rights for our employees?
When inviting someone to your brand account, you can individually assign their level of access. A full overview of the available permission levels is displayed at the bottom of the pop-up window.
You can also modify employee permissions at any time. Simply go to "Invite," where you’ll find a list of all employees and can adjust their permissions as needed.
Can multiple employees work on a campaign at the same time?
Multiple employees cannot edit the same campaign simultaneously, but they can be online in the account at the same time.
Campaign Creation and Management
How do I create a campaign for different clients?
You can create a separate brand account for each client, allowing you to manage their campaigns individually.
How can we create and manage groups of influencers relevant to specific clients?
You can find the brand’s groups in the company profile. By default, there are three groups: "Favorites," "Previously Collaborated," and "Following You." Above these, you’ll find the "New Group" button. Simply give the group a name and add influencers.
When you find a suitable influencer, click on the plus icon in the top-right corner of their profile picture and select the group you want to add them to. Once the group is filled, you can invite them to a campaign with just a few clicks.
To do this, go to the "Campaign Applications" section, click on "Invite Influencers," and select the relevant group. You can choose to invite either individual influencers or the entire group to your campaign at once.
Additionally, a brand can invite influencers to Refluenced using a referral code, allowing them to participate in campaigns. These influencers do not count toward the brand’s influencer limit. All invited influencers can be found in the "My Referrals" group.
Reporting and Insights
How can we export reporting data for different clients?
Once a campaign is fully completed, we generate a report that is sent to you and can also be accessed under the "Reporting" section within the campaign on our platform.

How can we measure the performance of our agency campaigns?
The reports we provide include all key performance metrics related to the campaign. These insights help you assess the success and effectiveness of your campaigns.
How can we share campaign insights directly with our clients?
You can download the generated report and forward it to your clients.

Costs and Payments
How can we add additional options like Content Buyouts?
Depending on your plan, a certain number of Content Buyouts are already included. If you have used them all, you can purchase additional Buyouts in different bundles.
If you attempt to use a Content Buyout without any remaining credits, a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to purchase more. You can complete the purchase directly through this window.
