The difference between the Multi-User Feature and the Multi-Account Feature is that with the Multi-User Feature, multiple people can be added to your brand/agency account. With the Multi-Account Feature, you can manage multiple brands from a main account.

But let's start from the beginning:

There are different ways to add a new user to your profile.

  1. Menu bar: At the top of the menu bar, you’ll find a blue button labeled "Invite."

When you click on it, a popup window will open where you can manage your account users.

To add a new person, you need to enter their email address and assign them a permission. By clicking the "Invite"button, they will receive a link through which they can sign up. The new person does not need an existing profile and can directly create a new one.

For permissions, you can choose between Full Permission, Purchase Permission, and View Only (the types of permissions are explained in more detail below).

This popup window will also show you all current users and their access rights. You can manage these rights directly by clicking the small arrow on the right side.

Further down in the popup, you will see the account owner as well as the users you’ve invited who have not yet registered.

2. Profile Overview

At the top of the menu bar, you’ll find your brand profile picture on the right. When you hover over it, a small profile overview will appear, where you will also find an Invite button.

When you click on it, the same popup window from the menu bar will open, and you can add a new email address.

3. Profile Settings

To do this, you first need to click on your company profile – the small brand logo in the menu bar on the right.

Your profile information will now be displayed, and you can edit it by clicking the small pencil icon in the top right.

In the tab on the left, under Users, you can view your current users, invite new ones, and manage existing ones.

Important: You can only revoke permissions, make users owners, or resend/delete invitations here.
