If multiple people in your company need to work within the same profile, you can invite them to your Refluenced account and manage their respective permissions.
Adding/Inviting Members
You can invite members in several ways:
Via your profile picture: Hover over your profile picture and click the "Invite" icon.
Via the Invite button: Click the "Invite" button at the top of the page.
Via the Company Settings: Go to your Company Settings and scroll down to "Users".
Invited members will receive an email, need to accept the invitation, and create their own profile.
Managing Permissions
Go to your Company Settings and scroll down to "Users". Here, the owner or a user with full permissions can define the permissions of other users.
Owner = The company profile is registered under this user.
Full Permissions = Has all the same permissions as the owner.
Purchase Permissions = Can only authorize payments.
View Only = Can only view campaigns and influencer profiles and copy ad codes.
đ Tip: If you want your performance agency to directly transfer your ad codes into the Ad Manager, we recommend adding them to the profile with the View Only permission.
Removing Members
Go to your Company Settings and scroll down to "Users". Here, you can click "Remove" next to the respective user permissions. This user will no longer have access to the profile.
Permission Types
As mentioned above, we offer four different permission types: Owner, Full Permissions, Purchase Permissions, and View Only.
Below is an overview of the permissions each user type has:
Owner
Can fully view campaigns and influencer profiles
Can create and edit campaigns
Can invite users to the account
Can remove and adjust user permissions
Can add, remove, and edit credit card information
Can redeem content buyouts and purchase additional ones
Can copy Spark Ad Codes and Partnership Ad Codes
Full Permissions
Can fully view campaigns and influencer profiles
Can create and edit campaigns
Can invite users to the account
Can remove and adjust user permissions
Can redeem content buyouts and purchase additional ones
Can copy Spark Ad Codes and Partnership Ad Codes
Purchase Permissions
Can fully view campaigns and influencer profiles
