Our Multi Account feature enables agencies and large companies with multiple sub-brands to manage different brand accounts from a single profile.
đĄ Note: To use the Multi Account feature, you need to contact our Sales Team, as this feature must be enabled separately.
Creating a Multi Account
You will receive an email inviting you to the agency account, which you need to accept. From there, you will automatically be redirected to a registration form. Please fill it out with all the details of your agency/brand and click "Continue".
Adding sub-brands to your account
Once your profile has been enabled as a Multi Account, you can add sub-brands.
Option 1: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and open the side menu. From there, select "Add company" to create a new brand profile.
Option 2: Go to your agency settings, click the "Add company" button, and create the profile for the sub-brand.
Managing settings and sub-brands
Click on your profile picture. Next to your agency account and your sub-brand accounts, you will see a pencil icon that takes you to the settings.
Campaigns for sub-brands
Creating a campaign: Go to the main agency page ("My Campaigns") and click "Create Campaign"
Managing campaigns: From the main agency page ("My Campaigns"), enter the respective brand profile. Your campaigns will be displayed there directly
đĄ Note: The content buyouts included in your package are shared equally across all of your sub-brands.
Multi User within a Multi Account
If multiple people in your team manage brands and campaigns, you can invite them to your profile.
Invited users will receive an email and need to accept the invitation.
You can add users either to your entire agency account or only to specific sub-brands.
When inviting users, you can also define which permissions they should have within the respective profile.
To invite users, click on your profile picture and then click the Invite button either for your agency account or for an individual brand.
