Groups

Influencer

Written by Jennifer Geithner

The Groups feature allows you to save creators from our influencer network that you’d like to work with. You can then invite entire groups to your next campaign with just a few clicks - either while creating your campaign or later during the application phase.

This saves you time and helps you secure high-quality content from creators you already know and trust.

You can find your groups in your Company Profile.

Default Groups

Refluenced automatically creates a few groups for you, which you can use right away when launching new campaigns.

  • Following You = This group includes creators who already follow your brand and have shown interest in your content. Inviting them can increase your chances of receiving more applications.

  • Previous Collaborations = This group contains all creators you've worked with before. It is updated automatically and makes it easy to invite creators who are already familiar with your brand.

  • Favorites = This group is managed by you. Save creators who impressed you with outstanding content, professionalism, or reliability in previous campaigns. You can also use the filters in our Influencer Network to discover creators whose content fits your brand and add them to your Favorites.

  • Ambassadors = Share your brand referral link with creators. Whenever someone signs up for Refluenced using your referral code, they’ll automatically be added to your Ambassadors group.

You can also create your own custom groups for specific projects, campaigns, or creator characteristics. For example, you can save creators who aren’t the right fit for your current campaign but may be a great match for future collaborations.

Creating a Group

There are two ways to create a group:

  • Option 1:
Go to your Company ProfileGroups and create a new group.

  • Option 2:
Go to the Influencer Network, open a creator's profile, and click the small arrow in the top-right corner. From there, you can add the creator to an existing group or create a new one.

Managing Groups

To edit or delete a group, go to Company ProfileGroups and open the group you'd like to manage.

Click the pencil icon to:

  • Rename the group

  • Add a description

  • Delete the group

Adding Creators to a Group

Open a creator's profile and click the small arrow in the top-right corner.

From there, you can:

  • Add the creator to one or more existing groups

  • Create a new group directly

Inviting Groups to a Campaign

During campaign creation, you'll be asked whether you'd like to invite one or more groups.

Simply select the group(s) you'd like to invite. Once your campaign goes live, all creators in those groups will automatically receive an invitation and be notified about your campaign.
