Application Phase

As soon as your campaign is published live on the campaign feed, it is in the application phase.
During this period (defined by you), influencers can apply for your campaign.

When you open your campaign and click on the "Applications" tab, you can see all applications for this campaign.

At the top, you have an overview of the potential reach that could be achieved with your selected Pro Creators and normal influencers.

Important: With the blue button "Start Campaign" you start your campaign and it moves into the preparation phase. By doing this, you confirm the influencers you have selected.

Pro Creators

If you scroll down a bit, you get an overview of all Pro Creators who applied for your campaign. These influencers, marked in purple, are specially verified and allowed to set their own price for the collab.

If you want to negotiate the price, you can click on "decline" and a pop-up for negotiation will appear. (More about that here)

Normal Creators

Below the Pro Creators, you will find all influencers who were able to apply under the conditions you defined for the campaign.

You can see:

  • which creators applied

  • which creators were already declined by you

  • and which creators are in your selection

In the "Requests" section you see how many influencers were requested and how many of your requests got declined.

With the "x" and the check mark you can accept or decline creators.
Even if you accepted or declined a creator for now – it's still reversible as long as you haven't clicked "Start Campaign". From that moment on, your selection is final.

Transition to Preparation Phase

After you looked at the influencer profiles and have your selection of influencers you want to run the campaign with, you need to scroll all the way up and click on "Start Campaign". From now on, the campaign is binding for both sides because you entered a contract by doing this.

Note: As soon as you start the campaign, your trial phase will be stopped and the platform becomes chargeable.
