If you need to extend your campaign due to shipping delays or changes to the timeline, you can easily do so within the campaign itself.
Standard Campaign
You'll find a small calendar icon in the top right corner that allows you to reschedule the entire campaign for all participating influencers.
Ongoing Campaign
For ongoing campaigns, you can adjust the timeline individually for each creator. Simply open the creator chat and click the small calendar icon in the top right corner.
Extension Requested by an Influencer
Influencers can also request an extension for a campaign (always including a reason). The request will appear in the chat and must be approved by you as the brand.
š” Note: If an influencer requests an extension in a standard campaign, the entire campaign will be extended for all participating influencers.
šTip: To avoid this, you can decline the request and let the influencer know via chat that it's okay if they post later. Influencers can still sync their content for up to 3 weeks after the campaign has officially ended.
Extending the Application Phase
Unfortunately, you cannot extend the application phase yourself. This can only be done by a Refluenced admin.
