With Refluenced, you can use event campaigns in two ways:

  1. Fill your event guest list with micro- and nano-influencers. Once accepted through a Refluenced campaign, they will actively participate, create content, and share it on social media.

  2. Promote your event by having creators generate buzz and raise awareness on social media before it takes place.

Only the Refluenced team can officially publish your campaign as an event. You simply create a regular campaign and notify our team at [email protected] so we can convert it into an event.

How to Create an Event Campaign:

Start by creating an Instagram or TikTok campaign (not a UGC campaign!) and follow the step-by-step campaign creation process. (If you need help, we have a separate guide to walk you through it.)

Here are some tips to help make your event campaign successful:

  • Campaign Description

Write about the type of event and its purpose. If you have a specific goal for this campaign, it's best to mention it directly here.

  • Product Delivery

Depending on when influencers are supposed to post (before, during, or after the event), they will receive the ticket for your event and/or a product. If you want to give your campaign an extra push, you can also include an additional cash compensation that influencers receive after the event.

  • Event Location

This aspect differs from other campaigns. For events, you can specify the exact location where the event will take place. This will be displayed to influencers in the campaign description.

Once your campaign is launched, influencers will apply, and you can decide who will attend your event.

  • Key Difference from Regular Campaigns

Until the end of the application phase, you can continue approving influencers independently. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to confirm the influencer’s participation before finalizing.

From this point on, the campaign continues as usual.

You can start messaging influencers in the campaign chat during the preparation phase, track content via the platform, and review your reporting at the end.

Event Campaigns Can Be Used For:

  • Concerts and theater performances

  • Events (single-day and multi-day)
