You can create Instagram, TikTok, and UGC campaigns with us — the general template is pretty much the same.

In short, you need these three key elements for your campaign:

  1. Campaign Description: What is the campaign about? What’s the goal?

  2. Task Description: What needs to be done? Any dos and don’ts?

  3. Compensation: What does the influencer receive as payment, and how will they get it?

Restyle-Button

Under each text field, you’ll find the “Restyle” button, which lights up as soon as you start typing. This button rewrites your text to make it clear, easy to understand, and well-structured for influencers.

With the arrow next to it, you can always go back to previous versions of your text.

Sidebar

On the left side of the KEP, you’ll find a navigation panel that shows you exactly where you are within the tool. You can also use it to easily switch between all relevant sections and information.

Create a campaign

Our campaign-creation process is designed to guide you step by step through all the key information and to support you with creative ideas.

Choose your campaign type

You can choose between Instagram, TikTok, and UGC campaigns. [Here we explain the differences] You can change the campaign type at any time during the KEP.

Campaign Setup

Describe your campaign

1 – Campaign Title: The title should be a clear headline that instantly explains what the campaign is about.

2 – Campaign Description: Describe what your campaign is about and what its goal is.

💡 Tip: Use the Restyle button to make your text more engaging and easy to read.

3 – Campaign Cover: Choose an image that will serve as your campaign cover. Ideally, it should showcase your product in action and feature a human connection. You can easily select and upload an image from your gallery.

4 – Is your campaign an event? If so, you can select this option here and specify whether the content should be created before or during the event.

5 – Countries Where Your Campaign Will Be Launched: Here, you select all the countries where your campaign should go live — in other words, the countries where you want to work with influencers. (Multiple selections are possible.)

❗️Important: Make sure to check customs regulations for shipping goods across country borders. As a brand, you are responsible for paying any customs fees that may apply.

Describe your product

This section is about clearly showing what influencers will receive and how they will receive it.

6 – Choose one of the following:

  • Product by mail (for physical products)

  • Online voucher (if influencers need to order something themselves or for services)

  • Cash payment only

Note:

You can always add an extra cash payment on top of a product or voucher to make your campaign even more attractive to influencers.

7 – Compensation Value: Specify the value of your compensation in the currency that applies to you.

8 – Product Description: Here, you need to clearly specify what the influencer will receive as compensation and how they will receive or redeem it.

9 – Influencer Sizes: If you need the influencers’ clothing or shoe sizes, make sure to check this small box.

10 – Product Selection or Variants: If influencers can choose between different options, you can list them here. The influencer will then need to select a variant directly in their application.

11 – Product Images: Be sure to add images of your product or service here so influencers know exactly what it is. You can easily select and upload images from your gallery.

12 – Bonus Pool / Extra Cash: This allows you to add extra cash on top of your stated compensation to make your campaign more attractive or to boost content quality.

From the bonus pool, 20% of the extra cash is set aside and only paid out to influencers with the best performance and top content pieces.

Extras

Document Upload

Extra inspiration videos, mood boards, CI concepts, and similar materials are highly recommended!

With inspiration videos, you can show influencers exactly what kind of content you want or how the campaign should be executed. This way, you share your vision directly, and influencers can adapt it to fit their own feed.

🌟 This is a top recommendation from our Refluenced team and should be included in every campaign!

Note:

You cannot set any new obligations for the influencer in this upload. All important collaboration details are included in the Refluenced campaign briefing. This upload is only meant for additional information.

Deliverables & Instructions

Campaign Deliverables

13 – Campaign Deliverables: Here, you select what type of content should be created.

For Instagram, there are multiple options depending on the compensation (e.g., 2 | 3 | 4 Stories, 3 Stories + 1 Post, 3 Stories + 1 Reel). For TikTok, influencers always create 1 video.

Instagram:

TikTok:

14 – Accounts & Hashtags to Tag: Here, you list all accounts that must be tagged and hashtags that should appear in the caption or story (we recommend a maximum of 5).

Campaign brief

15 – Task: Here, you tell the influencer what they need to do in this campaign (the dos) and how they should create their content.

Our shortcuts with ready-made sentences help you create the perfect task description — feel free to click through them 😇

16 – Don'ts: If there are things that should not be done or shown in the content, you can include these don’ts directly in the briefing. They will be shown to the influencer separately.

Extras

17 – Group Requests: Here, you can save pre-made groups that will be automatically invited to your campaign as soon as it goes live.

18 – Partnership and Spark Ads: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Whether you need it or not — just turn it on. This way, we collect the ad codes of creators’ videos for you for free, and you can later boost them through your own ad manager to increase reach.

19 – Pro Influencer Mode: Depending on your available budget, you can also activate this mode. It allows Pro Creators to set their own price when applying to your campaign.

Duration & Campaign Data

Dates

20 – Timeline: Choose whether you want a time-limited campaign or an ongoing campaign [here’s the difference].

21 – Start Date of the Application Phase: Select the day your campaign should go live.

22 – Set the Duration of Each Phase: Define how long each phase of your campaign will last.
