Fair and reasonable compensation for influencers

Fair compensation is crucial to attracting the right influencers for your campaign. As a general rule, the more attractive the compensation, the more and higher quality applications you will receive.

In your campaign description, you can specify both product and cash compensation:

  • Product compensation: If influencers are supposed to promote a product, it’s important that they receive it or can order it with a voucher. For services, you should provide access so that they can create authentic content.

  • Cash compensation: An additional financial compensation increases the attractiveness of your campaign and ensures a greater reach. This allows you to not only attract more influencers but also those with a higher reach.

Tip: Use the created content for Partnership and Spark Ads to generate even more reach. The ad will be displayed directly through the influencer’s profile – for maximum authenticity and performance.

In general, it’s hard to say which amount is ideal – the compensation should be appropriate to the effort and varies greatly depending on the product/service. We recommend at least 100 CHF cash compensation in addition to the product, especially if a Reel or TikTok video is involved.
