If an influencer becomes unresponsive or the collaboration simply isn't the right fit, you can end the collaboration directly within the campaign, as long as the product shipment has not yet been sent.
(If you've sent a digital voucher, please make sure it can no longer be redeemed.)
Influencers can also request to end a collaboration after receiving the product. You can then decide whether or not to approve the request. If you decline it, the influencer remains obligated to produce the content within the agreed deadline.
Once you end the collaboration, the influencer will receive a notification and will then appear in the "Removed" section.
Ending a Collaboration
You can find the "Remove Influencer" option both during the active phase of the campaign and within the chat. From there, you can end the collaboration and provide a reason for doing so. Any further communication will take place through the chat.
đĄ Note: You can also arrange the return of products through the chat.
đĄ Note: If a collaboration is ended in a campaign with cash compensation, the cash compensation you have already paid will be refunded to your Refluenced credit balance as credits. You can then use these credits towards your next campaign.
Influencer Requests to End a Collaboration
Influencers are entitled to request the cancellation of a collaboration up to two times within a six-month period.
The request, including the reason provided by the influencer, will be sent to you directly through the chat. You can then either approve or decline it.
â ď¸ Note: At the moment, it is unfortunately not yet possible to select a replacement influencer for a collaboration that has been cancelled.
