Phases of a campaign

Campaign Setup

Written by Jennifer Geithner

Application Phase

This is the stage where influencers apply to your campaign and you decide which creators you'd like to work with.

The application phase typically lasts 7–14 days.

Preparation Phase

Once you've accepted influencers into your campaign, they move into the preparation phase. During this stage, you'll ship products, share voucher codes, and start communicating with creators through the campaign chats.

The preparation phase typically lasts 7 days.

Active Phase

The active phase is the period during which creators produce and publish their content on social media. Under the "Active" tab in your campaign, you can track in real time which creators have already posted content and copy their ad codes for boosting.

The active phase typically lasts 14 days.

Reporting

Influencers are automatically moved into the reporting phase once they have successfully synced all required deliverables.

Once your campaign has been fully completed, you can review all campaign KPIs and evaluate overall performance.

You can also use this section to redeem content buyouts, copy ad codes for boosting, or save influencers for future collaborations.
