Influencer Filters

Here, we explain how the filters in our influencer network work and how you can search for influencers.

One of our key USPs is that influencers from our network can apply to your campaigns. You don’t have to do influencer crawling (but we do recommend it).

You can also browse our network yourself, save suitable influencers for your brand or campaign in groups, or invite them directly to your campaign.

You can find our full influencer network in the menu bar under "Influencer."

At the top of the page, you’ll see all available filters to help you search our network. Below that, you'll see the influencers that match your selected filters.

We’ll now walk you through our features step by step to help you take your influencer game to the next level.

Feature 1 - The Filters

  1. Filter by Campaign Type

You can run Instagram, TikTok, and UGC campaigns on Refluenced. You can also filter our network to only show influencers who are verified for the respective campaign types.
(By the way – influencers can only apply to your campaign if they are verified for that campaign type.) If an influencer is not UGC-verified, they won’t appear in the UGC network.

You can identify the verification status of each influencer by these symbols:

(Jessica Sofia is verified for Instagram, TikTok, and UGC and can therefore apply to these campaign types.)

  2. Filter by Follower Demographics

If you are looking for influencers with a specific follower base, you can use the follower filters for this.

Follower demographics can be filtered by city, region, country, age, and gender.

Important: You cannot filter UGC creators by followers, as their content is not posted publicly but uploaded directly to your UGC campaign.

City: Simply type the name of the city you want the followers to come from. Our system will suggest matching options.

Region: You can filter for influencers whose majority of followers are from a specific region, such as a canton or federal state. If you select Switzerland or Germany as the country, only the respective cantons or states will be displayed.

Country: Currently, you can filter follower origins by Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.

Age: You can filter by specific age groups if, for example, your product targets a particular audience. Multiple age groups can be selected at the same time.

Gender: If your product is intended for a specific gender, you can filter influencers whose audience matches that.

2. Filter by Influencer Profile

Filtering by followers is great for targeting, but equally important is choosing influencers who truly align with your product, know how to present it, and match your brand. Our influencer filters make that easier for you.

Please note that filters and verification criteria vary depending on the campaign type. We’ve specified where certain filters only apply to certain campaign types.

City: Same as with the follower filter, you can search for influencers based on their city of residence. This is ideal for local campaigns such as restaurant promotions, concerts, events, etc.

Interests: You can filter influencers by specific interests. Choose from 21 available interests. If you select multiple interests, only influencers covering all selected interests will be shown. Influencers with only some of the selected interests will not appear.

Engagement Rate (Instagram): You can filter influencers by their engagement rate (ER). Set a range (from 1% to 20%) or search for influencers with a specific ER.

To find influencers with an ER over 20%, use the sorting sidebar and sort influencers in descending order by engagement rate.

Activity (TikTok): Filter influencers based on how many videos they post per month, from 0 to 40 videos per month.

Follower Count: Our network mainly features nano and micro-influencers. You can filter for influencer follower counts between 1,000 and 25,000.

If you’re looking for influencers with more than 25,000 followers, use the sorting sidebar to sort influencers in descending order by follower count.

Average Views: Instead of follower count, we display the average views of the last 30 posts for TikTok (and soon for Instagram) directly on the influencer card.

If fewer than 30 posts are available, the calculation is based on the existing posts.
We calculate the median in the background for better data quality but consciously show the average (AVG) for easier understanding.

Name - If you know the first name of an influencer you’d like to work with, simply enter it in the Name field, and all influencers with that name will be shown.

Currently, it’s not yet possible to search directly by Instagram handle.

We recommend filtering by first name and then using Ctrl + F or Cmd + F to search for the Instagram handle.

Gender: If your product is only suitable for a specific gender, you can filter by male, female, or diverse.

Awards: Our influencer awards show you which influencers from Instagram or TikTok are also UGC verified. These influencers produce particularly high-quality content.

Feature 2 - Sorting

On the right-hand side, you’ll find a small sidebar to sort the influencer network.

By default, sorting is set to Recently Active, showing influencers based on their last activity on the app.

You can also sort by:

  • Most recent profiles

  • Highest engagement rate

  • Most followers

  • Most applications

  • Highest average views

Sorting is always shown in descending order.

Feature 3 - Influencer Cards

Here’s a quick overview of how to read the influencer cards shown as a preview in our network.
