1. Application phase
The application phase refers to the period during which influencers/content creators can apply to participate in your campaign. This phase typically lasts 7 days. Once influencers have applied, you can accept or reject them. If you decide to collaborate, they will appear under "Your Selection." To officially confirm the collaboration, you must start the campaign by clicking "Confirm Selection."
For time-limited campaigns, you will no longer be able to accept additional influencers after confirming your selection. For ongoing campaigns, you can continue accepting applicants even after confirmation. You must confirm your selection within this timeframe; otherwise, your campaign will automatically be canceled by our system.
If there are specific influencers you want to include in your campaign, you have the option to invite them during this phase. The number of invitations varies depending on your plan. If you have already created influencer groups, you can request them for your campaign.
To do this, you need to click on "Request Influencers" during the application phase, which will open the following pop-up:
In the Influencer Network, you will find a small envelope with a heart in the top left corner of each influencer's profile. When you click on it, you can select which campaign you would like to request this influencer for.
The number of influencers you can work with in a campaign varies depending on your plan.
Note: A request is not a guaranteed acceptance. The influencer is not obligated to accept it, and as a brand, you also have the option to deselect them.
However, you can accept as many influencers as you want for a campaign if they carry the "no limit" badge.
2. Preparation Phase
The preparation phase is the period in which you send your products and/or the briefing to the influencers. From this point on, you have the opportunity to communicate with the influencers via the campaign chat.
You can download the influencers' delivery addresses as an Excel file using the "Download Addresses" button. Once you confirm the shipment, the influencers will be notified and can indicate when they have received the product.
If you have a voucher or code that the creators need to use to order the product themselves, share it via the campaign chat.
3. Active Phase
The active phase is the period during which creators produce their content, upload it to social media, and sync it with Refluenced. In most cases, this phase lasts 14 days.
To successfully sync content from Instagram or TikTok to our platform, creators must correctly apply all hashtags, tags, and links specified in the campaign. If any issues arise, influencers should contact our team via DM on Instagram or email [email protected]. We will ensure that the content is successfully synchronized.
If creators haven’t posted content two days before the deadline, our influencer manager proactively reaches out to remind them.
4. Reporting
The reporting feature provides you with a comprehensive overview of your campaign’s performance. Refluenced offers various KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). For Instagram and TikTok campaigns, reach and impressions are tracked for stories, reels/posts, and TikToks. Additionally, Instagram reports include clicks on stories and likes on posts/reels, while TikTok reports include playback time and total watch time.
The reporting can be displayed both for individual influencers and for all participants collectively, providing a complete overview of the campaign’s performance.
