Application Phase:
The application phase is the period in which influencers/content creators can apply to take part in your campaign. Usually, this lasts 7 days.
As soon as influencers have applied for the campaign, you can accept or decline them.
If you decide to collaborate, they will appear under "Your Selection." To officially confirm the collaboration, you have to start the campaign with "Confirm Selection."
If the match doesn’t fit, you can decline the influencer.
The decision only becomes final once you confirm your selection with "Start Campaign."
For time-limited campaigns, you can’t accept more influencers after this point. For ongoing campaigns, you can still accept applicants even after confirming your selection. You have to confirm your selection within this application period, otherwise your campaign will be automatically canceled by our system.
If you want to have certain influencers in your campaign, you can send them a request during this phase. The number of requests you can send depends on your plan. If you’ve already created influencer groups, you can request them for your campaign. To do this, click on "Request Influencers" during the application phase and the following pop-up will appear:
In the influencer network, you’ll find a little envelope with a heart on the top left of every influencer profile. When you click on it, you can select which campaign you want to request this influencer for.
The number of influencers you can work with in a campaign depends on your plan.
Note: A request is not a confirmation. The influencer doesn’t have to accept it, and you as the brand can also deselect them later.
Influencers marked with "no limit" do not count toward the number of influencers included in your plan — you can accept as many of them as you like.
2. Preparation Phase
The preparation phase is the period where you send your products and/or briefing to the influencers and where you can start communicating with them via the campaign chat.
You can download the influencers’ shipping addresses as an Excel file using the button "Download Addresses." Once you’ve confirmed shipping, the influencers will be notified and can let you know when they’ve received the product.
If you have a voucher or code that the creators have to use to order the product themselves, your preparation phase looks different. You won’t get the influencers’ addresses — instead, you can enter your voucher code directly into the designated field.
Note: If you need to send a voucher by post, choose the option "Product by Post" during the campaign creation process.
3. Active Phase
The active phase is the period where the creators produce their content, upload it to social media, and sync it with Refluenced. In most cases, this phase lasts 14 days.
In order to sync content from Instagram or TikTok with our platform, creators must use all hashtags, tags, and links correctly, as you specified in the campaign. If there are any problems, the influencer should definitely contact our team via DM on Instagram or send an email to [email protected]. We’ll make sure the content can be successfully synced.
If creators haven’t posted content 2 days before the deadline, our influencer manager will proactively reach out and remind them.
4. Reporting
The reporting gives you a complete overview of your campaign’s performance. Refluenced provides different KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for this.
For Instagram and TikTok campaigns, reach and impressions are tracked for Stories, Reels/Posts, and TikToks. Additionally, Instagram evaluates clicks on Stories and likes on Posts/Reels, while TikTok tracks watch time and total play time.
The reporting can be shown for individual influencers or for all together, giving you a full picture of the campaign performance.
