Cancel Subscription

  1. To cancel your subscription, go to your campaign profile and open your company information.

2. In the sidebar, select the "Invoices" tab or scroll down to the "Invoices and Payments" section in your profile.

3. In the top right corner, you'll now see the option "Cancel Subscription". Click it and save your changes.

Important:

  • You can only cancel your subscription after the initial 3-month period.

  • You must cancel at least one day before the next billing cycle starts.

  • Cancellation is not possible if you still have active campaigns.
