One of our USPs is that influencers from our network apply for your campaigns, so you don’t have to do any influencer crawling.

BUT! You have the option to browse our network, save relevant influencers in groups for a brand/campaign, or invite them directly to your campaign.

You can find all influencers in our network in the top menu under Influencers.

At the top of your page, you will find all the filters that make searching in our network easier. Below that, you will see the influencers that match your selected filters.

We will now guide you step by step through our features to help you take your influencer game to the next level.

Feature 1 - Filters

1. Filter by Campaign Type

You can run Instagram, TikTok, and UGC campaigns on Refluenced. Accordingly, you can filter influencers in our network who are verified for these campaign types.

(By the way – influencers can only apply for your campaign if they are verified for that specific campaign type. An influencer without UGC verification will not appear in the UGC network.)

You can identify an influencer’s verification status by these small icons:

2. Filter by Followers

If you are looking for influencers with a specific follower count, you can use the follower filters to refine your search.

Followers can be filtered by city, region, country, age, and gender.

Important: For UGC creators, you cannot filter by followers, as their content is not publicly posted but directly uploaded to your UGC campaign.

  • City – Simply enter the name of the city where the followers should be from. Our system will suggest options to assist you.

  • Region – Here, you can filter influencers whose majority of followers come from a specific canton or federal state. If you select Switzerland or Germany as the country, only the respective cantons or federal states of that country will be displayed. You can then choose the region from which the followers should come.

  • Country – Currently, you can filter follower origin by Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.

  • Age – You can filter by a specific age group if your product targets a particular audience. It is also possible to select multiple age groups at the same time.

  • Gender – If your product is intended for a specific gender, you can filter influencers with the corresponding target audience. You can then invite them to your campaign or save them in a group.

3. Filter Influencers

Filtering followers can help you better reach your target audience, but it's just as important to select influencers who genuinely support your products, know how to present them effectively, and align with your brand. Our influencer filters are designed to make this search easier.

Note: Filter options vary depending on the campaign type, and we have different verification criteria for each. If a filter applies only to certain campaign types, we’ve specified which ones.

  • City – Just like with follower filters, you can search for influencers based on their location. This filter is especially useful for local campaigns such as restaurant promotions, concerts, events, and more.

  • Interests – This filter allows you to find influencers with specific interests. You can choose from 21 different interest categories. If you select multiple interests, only influencers who match all selected categories will be shown (influencers with only one of the selected interests will not appear).

  • Engagement Rate (Instagram) – You can filter influencers based on their ER. Either set a specific range (from 1% to 20%) or search for influencers with an exact engagement rate that you specify.

To find influencers with an ER above 20%, you can use the sorting sidebar and filter influencers in descending order based on the highest engagement rate.

  • Activity (TikTok) – This filter indicates how many videos influencers post per month. You can filter between 0 videos per month up to 40 videos per month.

  • Follower Count – Our network primarily consists of nano and micro-influencers. With our filter, you can display influencers with a follower count between 1,000 and 25,000.

If you are looking for influencers with more than 25,000 followers, you can use the sorting sidebar to display influencers in descending order based on their follower count.

  • Name – If you know the first name of an influencer you’d like to work with, you can enter it under "Name", and all influencers with that name will be displayed.

Currently, it is not possible to search directly by Instagram username. We recommend first filtering by first name and then using "Ctrl + F" or "Cmd + F" to search for the Instagram name.

  • Gender – If your product is designed for a specific gender, you can filter between male, female, and diverse.

  • Awards – Our Influencer Awards indicate which influencers from the Instagram or TikTok network are also UGC verified. These influencers are recognized for their high-quality content.

Feature 2 - Sorting

On the right side, you’ll find a small sidebar that allows you to sort the influencer network.

By default, it is set to recently active, where influencers are displayed in the order of who was last active on the app.

Additionally, you can sort by newest, highest engagement rate, most followers, and most applications. The sorting is always done in descending order.
