The Bonus Pool is an optional add-on for campaigns on Refluenced. It serves as an additional financial incentive to motivate influencers.
Influencers who create particularly high-quality content or achieve more than 15% above their average views receive extra cash through the Bonus Pool.
How the Bonus Pool works
From the cash compensation you set for each influencer (minimum €67), 80% is paid out to all influencers in your campaign, while 20% is set aside for the Bonus Pool.
Once the campaign has ended and the reporting has been approved, this 20% is distributed among the creators who meet the Bonus Pool criteria.
Bonus Pool criteria
Top-rated creators = The top 33% of influencers with the highest content rating (content ratings are determined by Refluenced).
Overperformers = Influencers who achieve more than 15% above their average views.
💡 Note: Refluenced automatically shows influencers only the guaranteed 80% of the stated compensation. Please do not mention the final cash payout in your campaign description, as this may otherwise cause confusion.
Activating the Bonus Pool
You can only activate the Bonus Pool during campaign creation.
For product or voucher campaigns: Add an additional cash compensation of at least €67 and click "Activate".
For cash-only campaigns: Include at least €67 in cash compensation to be able to activate the Bonus Pool.
