Sometimes it just doesn’t work out: If an influencer doesn’t respond or the collaboration turns out not to be a good match, you can cancel the collaboration directly within the campaign – as long as the product hasn’t been shipped yet. If you’ve sent out an online voucher, please make sure it can no longer be redeemed.
Even after a product has been shipped, the influencer can still send you a request to cancel the collaboration. You’ll then be able to decide whether or not to accept the request. If you decline it, the influencer is still obligated to produce the content within the stated deadline.
Once you’ve ended the collaboration, the influencer will be notified and will be listed under the “Removed” section.
Note: If an influencer wants to cancel the collaboration for a specific reason (which they must explain in a message), you’ll receive a notification in the chat and can either accept or decline their request.
